{Thrive} My Better Beauty Routine

Non Toxic Beauty BrandsAdmittedly, I am not the average woman in the sense that I am really low maintenance about my beauty routine. Confession: I usually leave the house without much (if any) make-up, I rarely wash my face (seriously) and I only use deodorant on very random occasions–usually because it is sitting on the counter and I think, “Hmmm, maybe I should use that today?!”  As I said, I am not the average woman and I am not sure if I should be proud of this? {Thrive} Mindful Monday: Challenging Your Judgements

NamasteThe light that shines within us is what truly defines our beauty. Take a moment to think about the people that you deeply love. Are they perfect? Probably not. Yet, we love them so. We often love them so much that we defend the beauty of their imperfections. I sure do. Conversely, we seem to be hard-wired to judge, without hesitation, those that we may not know.
