This roasted chicken recipe with smoked paprika, oregano, maple and mustard is a true representation of week nights in my house. I roast chicken at least once a week and this is one of our favorite combinations. Whether I choose chicken thighs (are current favorite) or chicken breasts, I also maximize the fact that my oven is on by adding potatoes, sweet potatoes, winter squash and a more traditional vegetable to the mix. While today may be the first official day of fall, the 90 degree weather has another story to tell. {Nourish} Turbot with Roasted Grapes + Tips for Buying Fish

Turbot with Roasted GrapesDinner in 15 minutes? It can be done and I would know because it has become a personal goal to see how quickly I can get a nourishing meal on the table. And while I am sure many of you have banned your oven for the summer, this quick and simple fish recipe is reason enough to turn it on. You don’t even have to pre-heat because you simply broil the fish for 10 minutes and dinner is ready. Did I mention we are roasting grapes? Fancy right? And simple. Plus, it all goes into the pan at once so there is little to no clean up when you finish eating.
