I was given a beautiful bag of local heirloom cornmeal a few months back and it has been taunting me ever since. For whatever reason, I haven’t been compelled to use it even though it glares at me each and every time I open that cabinet door. {Nourish} Finding Inspiration + A One Bowl Oatmeal Muffin Recipe

I know, this is a pretty deep quote to pair with muffins but who cares! I love being inspired and, well, I love muffins…especially because I was inspired to make these muffins by a few of my colleagues. I too, believe that we can learn something from every single person that crosses our path including a stranger that is walking down the street.
