I continue to be in awe of the power of gratitude. Gratitude practices help us stay in the flow of grace and allow us to stay grounded and present moment. Gratitude connects us with the FACT that everything we have is everything we need and everything we need is everything that we have. With this in mind, my dear friend and colleague Julia and I created this accessible retreat to give you the opportunity to explore gratitude and abundance with us.
I am all about making wellness feel achievable and approachable considering our lives are so busy. That’s why we LOVED the idea of two days and one night all the while being close to home for more of us. It feels like an easy step forward if you’re ready to join us!
Come ready for fun, laughter and connection as well as guided self-reflections. We will journal together, move together, eat together and get still together. Can’t spend the night? No problem. There are commuter spots available just for that reason. We want this to be available for everyone!
