{Nourish} Grilled Fruits and Veggies Round-Up
Father’s day is this weekend! Like many dads, mine is a grilling machine. That’s his happy place in “the kitchen”. Sure, you can grill-up a batch of BBQ chicken or sausage (staples at my parents house) or you can add some inspiration to the menu this year! Meats are a go-to grill option but fruits and vegetables should not be ignored. The grill has a wonderful way of caramelizing the natural sugars of the ingredients. That being said, I rounded up grilled fruit and vegetable recipes that will pair perfectly with the Summer Grilling Main Dish Round-Up we posted last week.
Grilled Vegetables are a tried and true favorite of my family but this round-up offers a whole lot more: from grilled corn and avocados (yum) to a grilled watermelon salad and peaches for dessert, there is something for everyone!
