Everyday this week we are celebrating the kids heading back to school and all the while supporting you with healthy options, tricks and tips to make this time of year a bit less overwhelming! Check out yesterday’s post which offered a nifty lunch-packing chart to simplify this daily labor of love! Let’s be honest, no lunch is complete without some sort of “snack” so I rounded up a few of my favorite, whole foods based, clean eating products to help you weed through the crap (there is a ton of crap!). All of the below options contain real food ingredients and minimal amounts of sugar but your kids will never know the difference because they all taste AMAZING! The below snacks are pre-schooler approved…by Hudson, of course. He will happily gobble up all of the below options. Sidenote: Can freeze dried fruits and vegetables please be less expensive? He eats them by the bag and asks for them daily!
