  1. I don’t eat bean flours frequently & last time I needed to, I bought the pre-sprouted type. More $$ but seems to have better digestion – PureLiving Sprouted Garbanzo Bean Flour. Use it to make crepes, soca, indian flatbread, etc. Not sure if the better digestion is placebo effect?

While tapioca flour is more starchy, I’ve been intrigued by Otto’s Naturals – still starchy, but less processed. Thoughts?

    1. I love garbanzo bean flour, and if it feels easy to digest go with it! Flour is not a one-type-fits-all kind of thing. So I say pick a king that agrees with your stomach and your body!
