{Nourish} National Almond Day: Everyday Almond Hacks

Last week we offered a giveaway from California Almonds in honor of National Almond Day (2/16/14–yesterday) and Heart Month.  We shared an awesome recipe for Almond and Coconut Cookies and you shared your favorite almond hacks with us!  To round out the celebration, here are some everyday almond hacks from California Almonds that we think you will love!

  • Substitute almonds/almond meal for bread crumbs when frying meat, vegetables or other foods.
